Prior to screening, we must receive a $50.00 credit check fee and the following documentation:

Proof of Income from one or more of the following:

• Valid Government photo identification and social security card (or tin card) is required by all adult applicants at the time of submitting application.
• Please submit two months of pay stubs from your Employer, or any housing vouchers (if applicable), Current and Past Landlords Telephone numbers and email addresses are to be listed on the
  application.
• Two (2) Years of federal tax returns for self-employed or independent contractors
• Proof of any monthly spousal or child support income
• Cash is not verifiable income, however, two months of bank statements showing the cash being deposited would be verifiable option.

NOTE:********IF YOU ARE RECEIVING A HOUSING SUBSIDY SUCH AS A SECTION 8 VOUCHER, ETC., PLEASE BE PREPARED WITH A COPY SO YOU CAN UPLOAD IT WITH THE OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.
